Hand passed hors d’oeuvres begins at 6:30 featuring fresh garden ingredients and Stag’s Leap, Viognier, Napa Valley 2008 followed by an evening of tantalizing creations from Executive Chef Chris Bifano and Chef de Cuisine Jose Salas.
